Integrated Marketing Manager

A global FMCG company is seeking a Manager to join the team.

Duties:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive sustainable brand growth across the Eurasia Middle East region
• Build personalized, data-driven consumer experiences by connecting media, culture, commerce, and creativity
• Lead local media, digital, social, and influencer marketing initiatives
• Manage partnerships and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key stakeholders
• Ensure high-impact, locally relevant content and creative execution
• Lead and develop a team of subject matter experts (media, content, digital, etc.)
• Drive marketing effectiveness through data, technology, and AI

• Requirements:

• 10+ years of marketing experience (media, creative, digital, data-driven marketing)
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional and international projects
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Experience managing agencies and external partners
• Solid understanding of digital, data, and AI-driven marketing tools
• Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of local market and culture; fluency in local language
