Assistant Manager/Manager in Digital CFO consulting

We are looking for a Manager to join our Digital CFO team in Almaty or Astana. You will drive end-to-end FP&A transformation initiatives — from designing target processes to implementing EPM solutions — while working directly with senior client stakeholders and shaping the future of financial planning.

- Assist in business development (participation in tenders, preparation of presentation, proposal etc);
- Design target FP&A processes and models: budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast, strategic and investment planning.
- Lead the development of functional specifications, data models, calculation logic and planning workflows, user stories and test scenarios.
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders (CFO, Head of FP&A, Finance Directors);
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and working sessions with business and finance teams;
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, finance methodology and system capabilities;
- Manage project risks, timelines, scope and resources across multiple engagements;
- Quality control of all deliverables prepared by engagement team.
