General Director (Sturgeon Farming & Caviar Production)

We are seeking an experienced General Director to lead a vertically integrated company specializing in sturgeon farming and premium caviar production, with a strong focus on export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership across aquaculture operations, processing, and commercial functions;
• Oversee the full production cycle, including sturgeon breeding, выращивание, harvesting, and caviar processing;
• Develop and implement business growth strategies in local and international markets;
• Ensure compliance with international food safety, quality, and sustainability standards;
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control;
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, distributors, and regulatory authorities;
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Aquaculture, Food Technology, or a related field;
• 7–10+ years of senior management experience in aquaculture, seafood production, or FMCG;
• Strong understanding of sturgeon farming processes and caviar production;
• Experience in export-oriented business environments;
• Proven leadership and team management skills;
• Fluency in Russian or English.
