Private Tutor / Educational Mentor (Ages 6–9)

We are seeking an exceptional private tutor / educational mentor to work with two children ( 5–9), providing a top-tier, US private school–level education at home.

This is not a traditional tutoring role. We are looking for a strong educator and intellectual mentor who can develop:

• critical thinking

— at the level of leading private schools and preparation pathways for universities such as the Ivy League.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a structured, interdisciplinary learning program, including:

• Reading & literature (deep comprehension)

• Writing (essays, storytelling, structured thinking)

• Mathematics (logic, problem-solving)

• Science (hands-on experiments, inquiry-based learning)

• Social studies (history, global awareness)

• Develop critical thinking and discussion skills

• Implement project-based learning (research, presentations)

• Build public speaking confidence

• Foster independent thinking and curiosity

• Track progress and adapt the program individually

🧠 Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in top private or international schools (IB / US curriculum)

• Teaches beyond textbooks, focusing on depth and understanding

• Is fluent in English (native or near-native level)

• Engages children through discussion, creativity, and projects

• Has a background in education, psychology, or child development

• Is structured, inspiring, and intellectually strong

Preferred:

• Experience preparing students for selective schools

• Background in writing, debate, or academic development

• Experience working with high-expectation families
