Analyst

Responsibilities:

​- Manage own team members, work distribution, and overall project delivery
​- Form and follow CSR/SMM/PR strategy and projects according to priority areas outlined in the global policy and local needs
- ​Establish cooperation with new partners, government bodies, and international organizations
​- Coordinate the work of Media / PR / SMM agencies and charity foundations
​- Collaborate with mass media and influencers
​- Accompany mass media representatives or employees on events dedicated to the launch and promotion of products and projects
​- Write articles, press releases, and other text content in Russian and English

​Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in analytics / finance / retail / supply chain.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas; Power Query is a plus).
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Understanding of key retail metrics (sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, turnover, WOS).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) — preferred.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
- English — Intermediate level or higher (for reporting and communication).
