Your mission will be to analyze, structure, and activate customer data to:

• Define and execute customer segmentations and selections for marketing campaigns (SQL / Databricks), including deduplication and data preparation
• Improve and automate segmentation and campaign workflows using AI and scalable data pipelines
• Generate actionable insights on customer behavior and engagement
• Enable data-driven decision-making across product, marketing, and operations
• Define and track key metrics for customer experience and business impact
• Support use cases like personalization and campaign optimization

You will work at the intersection of data, product, and business, turning complex datasets into clarity, execution, and continuous improvement.
