Corporate IT & AI Systems Lead

We're now hiring for the Corporate IT & AI Systems Lead to work on AI systems, IT infrastructure, and InfoSec.
Timezone: US (PST with at least 5 hours overlap)
English: Fully proficient and fluent (B2+)

Tasks

• Assist in automating internal workflows using AI and no-code/low-code platforms (like Make, n8n).

• Support integration and basic maintenance tasks across tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Notion.

• Work on building and improving agentic AI systems using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, Cursor AI.

• Help maintain and support basic InfoSec operations, like access controls and security monitoring & incident response.

• Collaborate with technical leads to prototype automations and AI agents for internal use cases.

Must haves

• Experience with Python/JS: You have written, owned, and maintained automation scripts in a professional or personal context. You can read unfamiliar code and ship working integrations.

• AI-Native Working Style: You use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) as a core part of your daily workflow today.

• Ownership Mindset: You have experience of managing workstreams end-to-end. You can scope, prioritize, deliver, and communicate progress.

• Hands-on Automation & Integration Experience: You have built and maintained real-world automations beyond simple configurations: API/webhook integrations, LLM-based workflows, or MCP integrations.

• IT Infrastructure Foundation: You have real experience in SaaS administration, identity and access management (SSO, RBAC), and security hygiene (such as SOC 2 awareness, offboarding, and access reviews).

• You are curious, proactive, and excited about the future of AI automation.

• Оbsessed with learning about LLMs, AI agents, and automation.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, async-first, international team.

• Basic understanding of IT systems, APIs, and cloud tools.

• You have solid communication skills and can manage tasks independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Firebase, Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, Make, n8n, or similar platforms is a big plus.

• Exposure to security and compliance basics (SOC2, SSO, RBAC, Vulnerability Management, etc.).

• Experience integrating AI agents with real-world tools.

• Bonus: contributions to open-source AI/automation projects or side projects you can show.
