Experience Manager

This role sits at the centre of that idea. As Experience Manager, you own the physical environment that makes everything else possible: the space, the people flow, the vendors, and the daily rhythm of a hub that never stops moving. It's operational, it's people-facing, and it matters.

• Keep the office running smoothly day-to-day - supplies, equipment, facilities, vendors
• Be the first point of contact for our guests, clients, and new arrivals to the hub
• Support onboarding of new hires and relocated employees (workspace setup, access, local orientation)
• Coordinate with building management, cleaning, catering, and other service providers
• Assist the relocation team with local admin tasks - town hall registration, document logistics, appointments
• Help organise internal events, team meetings, and hub gatherings
• Manage office budget, track expenses, and liaise with finance
• Handle day-to-day correspondence, scheduling, and document management
• Ensure the office meets health & safety requirements
• Be the go-to person when something needs fixing, organising, or following up
