Junior/Middle HR

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Junior/Middle HR to support recruitment processes across our projects, including Keepgo. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Posting job openings on relevant platforms
• Reviewing CVs and preparing shortlists
• Communicating with candidates and coordinating next steps
• Scheduling interviews and test assignments
• Supporting the hiring process from first contact to interview stage

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken)
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Structured, responsible, and reliable working style

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR support
