Distribution Account Manager

In this role, you will manage key distribution partners and multi-country sellers across the Americas region. You will develop and execute joint business plans, support the expansion of our partner ecosystem, and work closely with distributors to drive strategic initiatives. Your focus will be on accelerating revenue through effective channel programs while supporting MSP and Deploy/VAD initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand relationships with strategic distribution partners across the Americas.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with distributors to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Track and manage sales pipeline, partner performance, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to execute effective channel go-to-market strategies.
• Enable distributors and their partner networks to accelerate adoption and market penetration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in distribution account management, ideally within a cybersecurity vendor or enterprise technology environment.
• Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, including VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, and Systems Integrators.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth and partner success.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders across the Americas.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
