Senior Affiliate Manager

We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to strengthen our team

You’ll help scale our affiliate program and bring in top-tier partners. The main challenges in this role are to grow our partner network, drive traffic and profitability, and take Movavi’s affiliate program to the next level in international markets. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your affiliate marketing skills and gain hands-on experience working with global partners. You’ll negotiate deals, manage offers, test new growth strategies, and directly influence the expansion of our affiliate channel.

What you'll get to do:

• Find and onboard new partners, negotiate terms, and assist with integration
• Launch and optimize new offers
• Manage existing affiliates – provide support at every stage, from onboarding to long-term success
• Analyze performance and identify ways to drive traffic and boost partner profitability
• Handle reconciliations and payments

• Oversee the technical operations of the affiliate program

• Work with other teams (development, analytics, marketing) to help move things forward

• Track competitor activity and analyze trends to optimize revenue growth

• Prepare reports and share insights with the team and senior management

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience working in white-hat verticals and Tier 1 markets
• Proven track record in affiliate recruitment and partner management
• Fluent English (C1)
