Senior YouTube Producer

We’re looking for an experienced youtube producer

We’re looking for an experienced producer to lead the development of Movavi’s YouTube presence and drive the growth of our channels globally.

This is a strategic producer role: you will not only manage the full video production cycle – from idea to release – but also shape content strategy, test growth hypotheses, and scale successful formats. You’ll have a direct impact on how the brand evolves across markets, creating content that engages and inspires millions of users worldwide.

What you'll get to do:

• Develop content strategies for Movavi’s YouTube channels that are aligned with the company’s business goals
• Oversee the full production cycle: from idea and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing
• Analyze performance metrics (views, retention, conversions) and optimize content based on data
• Collaborate with hosts, scriptwriters, editors, and marketers
• Explore new formats and experiment with video content
• Ensure consistently high content quality

Required skills:

• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and analytics
• Proven experience producing successful video content end-to-end
• Skilled in scripting, visuals, and video production processes
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and video promotion principles
• Experience working with creative teams, freelancers, and contractors
• 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
• English proficiency sufficient for working with scripts and international content

• Experience with branded YouTube channels is a plus
