C++ Development Team Lead

We're looking for a C++ Development Team Lead to strengthen our development team

You’ll lead a team of developers and work hands-on to build desktop products that are used by millions of people around the world.
Right now, we’re growing our team to focus on several key areas: improving application architecture and components, advancing the technical foundation of our products, enhancing the user experience, and adding new layers of customization.

Our goal is to help users find the right tools quickly so they can create amazing content in just a few clicks.

What you'll get to do:

• Continuously develop and improve our desktop products
• Plan, implement, and roll out new features
• Maintain and modernize application components
• Improve the stability and reliability of our software
• Lead a development team, run performance reviews and team meetings
• Drive team productivity and effectiveness
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize and plan work

Required skills:

• Strong knowledge of C++17 or C++20 and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Hands-on experience with the Qt framework
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong people management skills: delegation, team-building, and mentoring
• 3+ years of experience as a software developer
• 1+ years of team leadership experience is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
