Admissions Manager

Job Overview:

Tashkent Tech, a next-generation STEM university, is seeking a visionary and experienced leader to serve as the Admissions manager. Reporting to the Head of Academic Affairs Department, you will be the primary architect of the university's enrollment strategy as we prepare for our full launch in September 2026. This role is critical in identifying and securing the next generation of engineering talent to build an internationally benchmarked institution from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Enrollment Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy to attract high-caliber students for undergraduate and graduate STEM programs.
• Governance & Policy: Establish transparent admission policies and governance frameworks that align with international standards and national regulations.
• Operational Management: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including application processing, entrance examinations, and the development of the academic calendar for new intakes.
• Data Integrity & Systems: Implement and manage advanced academic management systems to ensure the absolute accuracy and security of student applicant records and data.
• Outcome-Based Selection: Utilize expertise in international accreditation and outcomes-based education to refine selection criteria that identify future industry leaders.
• Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate on the development of industry-relevant promotional materials to communicate the value of Tashkent Tech's international programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: A Master’s degree is required; a Doctoral degree (PhD/DSc) in a STEM-related field is highly preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience specifically in admissions, student recruitment, or academic affairs management.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level) is required to interact with international partners. Fluency in Uzbek or Russian is also essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of data analysis tools and modern academic management systems.
