Job Description:

Deluxe Photo is looking for a Training Coordinator to support the preboarding process for new photographers.

In this role, you will work closely with recruiters, trainers, and regional managers to move candidates from the interview stage to training shifts. You will ensure that approved candidates are scheduled for training on time and that all steps are properly coordinated.

Responsibilities:

• Review interview results and approve candidates to move forward in the hiring process
• Schedule candidates for pre-employment training sessions with mentors
• Make sure each approved candidate is assigned to a training slot in a timely manner
• Track feedback from trainers after each training session
• Follow up on candidate progress and readiness for work
• Monitor shift schedules provided by regional managers and align candidates accordingly
• Proactively notify the team if training slots or schedules are not available

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between different teams
• Quick learner, able to understand and follow structured processes
• Experience in coordination, operations, or HR is a plus

• Experience with CRM systems such as Kommo / AmoCRM is a plus
