Project control manager

Duty:
-In charge of project team organization and development project implementation
-Responsible of the result of whole project
-Responsible for Project Roll-out & Engineering works
-Responsible for Organization & Implementation of Project Supervision operations
-Responsible for Engineering Design, Plan, Roll-out & ensuring the works could be finalized on time
-Responsible for communicating with corresponding interface persons of Customer & Subcontractors
-Responsible for Project Critical Problems reporting, Processing, tracing problems until solved in time

Professional requirements:
- Work experience in the project management for at least 5 years ( in the telecommunications industry);

- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and learn independently;
- Good presentation, time management and ability to work in team;
- Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery;
- Good inter personal skills and relationship development with customer;
- Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken. Overseas experience is preferred.
- Have the skills to use Microsoft office.
