• Digital and technology proficiency.
• Information risk management and cybersecurity.
• Process improvement, service management, supplier management
• Operational Excellence and Leading Performance principles.
• Deep understanding of business segments, value chain and key performance indicators9. Advanced ITSM frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency in using and configuring ITSM tools.
• Project management principles and techniques.
• Effective communication and coordination with IT teams and Business
• Techniques for conducting detailed root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
