Why this role matters
We’re looking for a Junior Compliance Officer who will help us build a strong compliance foundation as we scale globally.

You won’t sit in the background. You’ll work directly with business, marketing, and product teams - making sure everything we launch is clean, scalable, and aligned with international standards.

What you’ll do

• Support internal compliance checks across products, legal entities, and marketing
• Research and interpret regulations (KZ, USA, UAE, EU)
• Help design and improve internal policies and processes
• Work with marketing and product teams to review funnels, offers, and campaigns
• Prepare reports, audits, and recommendations for management

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years in Compliance, Legal, or Risk (internships count)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML, GDPR, or corporate compliance
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel/Sheets

Education: Law degree (MNU, KIMEP, SDU, KazNU or similar)

Nice to have:
• Big4 or top law firm experience
• Startup or tech background
• Interest in legal tech and automation

Languages: English + Russian required, Kazakh is a plus
