ERP Manager

Job Purpose:

We are looking to hire an ERP Manager for IKT. This is a budgeted and long-vacant position responsible for managing current ERP operations (1C) and supporting future transition to SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support company ERP systems (currently 1C, future SAP implementation)
• Analyze existing issues in the 1C system and propose effective solutions
• Participate in ERP optimization and future SAP migration projects
• Coordinate with IT teams and business departments to ensure smooth system operations
• Ensure stable and efficient functioning of ERP systems
• Provide user support and resolve system-related issues
• Prepare reports and analytical insights from ERP systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (preferably in IT or Accounting)
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT or related fields
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (1C is mandatory; SAP experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of basic IT systems and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
