Sales Coordinator

Container Sea Line opens an excellent opportunity for employment and further growth for a sales and logistics professional.

The primary objective: increased efficiency of the Company Sales team in the Turkey office.

Key responsibilities:

• Targeting and coordinating sales plan of the Turkey office, monitoring sales;
• Part-taking in formation and implementation of the Company pricing policy;
• Sales force coordination for achievement of the set goals;
• Improving the collaborative effectiveness of Sales and other Company divisions’ interaction;
• Developing and maintaining relationship with key customers and partners;
• Proactive involvement in the Company projects aimed at working processes automatisation and implementation of goal-oriented best practices.

• Good knowledge of the Turkish, English and Russian languages – sufficient for conducting negotiations (at least B2);
• Proven and successful work experience in sales of logistics services;
• Previous experience in container sea lines and linear agencies and/or major freight forwarders will be a plus;
• Team management experience is essential;
• Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.

Reports to: Commercial Director
