Middle+ TechOps Engineer

We are looking for a technical specialist to join a global FinTech project. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting using AI tools and high-level automation to maintain a complex trading ecosystem.

• AI-Driven Troubleshooting: Use LLMs (Claude, Cursor) and MCP to accelerate root-cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Monitoring: Build and maintain Grafana/Datadog dashboards to track service health and detect anomalies.
• Automation: Write Python scripts for bulk operations, API retries, and data migrations.
• Incident Management: Investigate technical issues end-to-end and provide structured reports for the development team.
