Responsibilities:
- Contacting drivers to collect load status updates
- Providing accurate and timely updates to brokers by email, phone, or platform
- Monitoring pickup and delivery progress
- Tracking delays, issues, and route changes
- Informing dispatchers and team leads about any problems during transit
- Maintaining accurate load records in internal systems
- Working with emails, tracking platforms, and logistics tools
- Supporting smooth communication between drivers, brokers, and dispatchers
- English level: B2/C1 or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow in logistics
- Previous logistics experience is a plus, but not required
- Stable work in a growing logistics company
- Training and support from experienced team members
