🚛 Dispatcher (US Logistics – Street Loads & Amazon Freight)

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Find and book loads in the US market (DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards)
• Work with both street loads and Amazon freight shipments
• Negotiate rates with brokers to secure the best deals
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers in real time
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare and manage load documents (rate confirmations, POD, etc.)
• Plan efficient routes and minimize empty miles (deadhead)
• Handle daily logistics operations and problem-solving

📌 Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with US freight market (Amazon freight experience is a plus)
