Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and patrol activities.
• Ensure hotel safety and security procedures are properly implemented.
• Monitor security staff attendance, schedules, and operational performance.
• Handle security incidents, guest disturbances, and emergency situations.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel premises and operational areas.
• Maintain security records, incident reports, and daily logs.
• Coordinate with Chief Security and other departments regarding safety matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of hotel security and safety procedures.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and responsible.
• Able to work shifts and emergency situations.
• Good communication skills in English and Russian.
