Social Media & Content Manager

About the Company
VillaCarte Group is a group of companies that began its activities in 2012. It includes development projects Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas and Layan Verde, real estate agency VillaCarte, proptech project Sabai, and hotel La Green. As part of launching our new media project, we are looking for a SMM Manager to translate editorial vision into a strong, consistent social media presence.

What you’ll actually do
– Turn editorial materials, interviews and local stories into strong social media content
– Run Instagram as the main platform (+ potentially LinkedIn / Telegram)
– Create content plans, posting systems and content packaging ideas
– Write captions and short-form copy with a clear voice and positioning
– Work closely with editor, design and marketing team
– React quickly to relevant local events, trends and conversations
– Help grow an engaged audience of entrepreneurs, founders, investors and expats in Phuket

We’re likely a good match if you:
– Have 3+ years in SMM/content/community roles
– Know how to grow audience through content quality, not giveaways
– Have strong copywriting skills (we're posting in russian for now)
– Understand aesthetics, positioning and premium/lifestyle audiences
– Can independently manage workflows and content streams
– Are genuinely interested in media, business, hospitality or community-building

Big advantage:
– Experience with media projects, business communities or founder/investor audiences
– Understanding of Phuket / Thailand / expat ecosystem
– Experience with Instagram content strategy beyond “posting”

What we offer
– Full ownership of social media direction for one media project
– Fast decisions and no corporate bureaucracy
– Remote format with flexible workflow
– International team and ambitious ecosystem projects
– Opportunity to influence a growing media brand from the early stage

Please send:
– portfolio / cases
– Instagram accounts you worked on
– a few lines about projects you’re most proud of
