Proactively contact drivers for status updates at key checkpoints — pickup, in-transit, delivery confirmation, and delays

Identify and resolve driver-related issues independently — including breakdowns, missed pickups, detention, late arrivals, and routing problem

Escalate critical issues to dispatch or management promptly with full context and a recommended solution already in hand

Log all load updates, driver communications, and issue resolutions accurately in the system in real time

Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and receivers when delays or exceptions arise to minimize disruption to delivery schedules
