Pro Audio & Lighting Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Pro Audio & Lighting Sales Specialist to join our team.
This role is focused on B2B sales, client development, and professional audio & lighting solutions.

We are searching for someone who is sales-oriented, proactive, communicative, and interested in modern AV technologies.

Main Responsibilities

• Active B2B sales of professional audio and lighting equipment
• Working with existing clients and attracting new customers
• Understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions
• Preparing commercial offers and basic technical solutions
• Product presentations and closing deals
• Working with CRM systems and sales pipeline
• Building long-term relationships with integrators, partners, and rental companies
• Attending meetings, presentations, and client visits outside the office when needed

Requirements

• English — required
• Uzbek — required
• Russian — an advantage
• Experience in sales, AV, audio, lighting, or technical industry
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM / Word / Excel
• Sales-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Interest in professional audio, lighting, and AV technologies
