Junior Project manager (Strategy)

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Strategic Project Management team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized specialist who wants to grow in project management and participate in strategic banking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project task execution and monitor project timelines
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
• Communicate with business units and key stakeholders on project-related matters
• Monitor project risks, statuses, and dependencies
• Escalate project issues and blockers when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields
• 1+ year of experience in project management, consulting, banking, or business support roles
• Good command of English and Russian
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience working on cross-functional projects
• Understanding of banking processes
• Experience preparing presentations and management reports
