Channel Management Head CIS Region

Key responsibilities:

• Managing channel partners in the UPS and data center ecosystem
• Driving sales growth for UPS, cooling, and infrastructure solutions
• Building relationships with ICT distributors, system integrators, EPCs, consultants, and supplementary equipment vendors
• Influencing customer technical designs and specifications
• Expanding Delta’s market footprint in mission-critical infrastructure
• Leading commercial strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Representing Delta at industry events and partner engagements

Qualification:

• 10+ years in ICT, UPS, data center, or critical power industries
• Strong channel sales / key account management experience
• Knowledge of UPS systems, cooling, BMS/SCADA, and data center infrastructure
• Experience with enterprise and mission-critical environments
• Commercial plus technical communication capability
• English A2; Russian obligatory
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
