Videographer / Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving, and visually driven Videographer / Video Editor to join our team in Tbilisi and help shape the visual identity of a premium real estate brand. 🏙️✨

This role is perfect for someone who loves dynamic shoots, lifestyle storytelling, travel content, and creating modern social-first videos that capture attention.

You’ll work closely with real estate agents on-location, shoot premium properties and lifestyle moments, and turn raw footage into engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality content during agents’ trips and property visits
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
• Produce travel, lifestyle, and luxury real estate content
• Deliver edited materials with fast turnaround times
• Collaborate with the marketing and SMM team on creative concepts and content plans
• Help build a strong and recognizable visual style for the brand

Requirements:

• Georgian and English are mandatory
• Russian will be a strong advantage
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of modern social media trends and visual storytelling
• Skills in color correction and basic sound design
• Ability to work independently and move fast in dynamic environments
• Portfolio with relevant work is required
• Willingness to travel for on-location shoots
• Own professional shooting equipment is required
