• Review AML/CFT, sanctions, PEP, fraud and high-risk customer alerts;
• Oversee KYC/KYB, EDD, source of funds/source of wealth and ongoing monitoring;
• Review transaction monitoring alerts across SEPA/SWIFT/cards/FX/crypto;
• Oversee KYT / blockchain analytics and Travel Rule exceptions;
• Decide whether suspicious activity should be escalated or reported;
• Prepare / approve suspicious transaction reports where required;
• Monitor high-risk customers, geographies, corridors, wallets and counterparties;
• Ensure AML cases, decisions and evidence are properly recorded;
• Advise the business on onboarding, holds, exits and risk appetite;
• Report material AML/CFT issues to the CEO, CCO, Audit/Risk Committee and Board.
