• Lead day-to-day management of Nomoro.
• Ensure execution of the Board-approved business plan.
• Oversee EMI/CASP operations, risks and key priorities.
• Ensure compliance, safeguarding, custody and DORA controls work effectively.
• Manage senior team: CCO, MLRO, CFO, COO, CTO/CISO.
• Monitor incidents, complaints, regulatory issues and material risks.
• Oversee critical partners: sponsor bank, card processor, platform, sub-custodian.
• Escalate material matters to the Board / Audit-Risk Committee.
• Maintain strong compliance culture and MFSA-ready governance.
