Marketing and Sales Support Assistant

We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Support Assistant to join our team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan!

At PHOTOMATE we are a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy, distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, charging stations for e-vehicles, and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.

What You’ll Do:

• Helping organise marketing events (partner days, offline trainings, and webinars)
• Assisting in updating website content and managing social media pages
• Supporting daily sales operations, including filling in contracts, and keeping documents organised
• Creating presentations and reports to support the team
• Welcoming visitors and supporting day-to-day office administration
• Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring meeting spaces are prepared
• Managing office supplies and supporting smooth office operations
• Assisting with internal communication and administrative tasks across departments

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• A proactive, responsible, and team-oriented person with a good eye for detail
• Hands-on experience with MS 365 (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Uzbek & Russian (Native), and English (B2+ level).
