We are looking for a Analyst to join our Merchant Banking team (Real estate desc).

Обязанности

### **Principal responsibilities:** * Support for deals analysis and execution, participation in due diligence process * Drafting of analytical presentations, pitches, preparation of info memos and other materials * Gathering data for company and industry analysis * Preparation of materials for investment committee, various administrative duties

### **Competencies:** * Multitasking and self-starting * Strong interpersonal and communicative skills * Willingness to learn and develop across wide range of products and tasks * Financial modelling, valuation, quantitative and reasoning skills * Ability to maintain high standard of work while working on multiple projects ### **Qualifications:** * 4 year BA undergraduate students / 1-2 year MA undergraduate students / graduates with high GPA from top-tier university with preferences given to faculties with in-depth study of finance and economics (MSU, HSE, NES) * 1,5+ work experience in banks & boutiques & funds / M&A and Valuation departments at ex-BIG4 is an advantage * Project experience **in Real Estate is a plus** * Critical thinking, high motivation, understanding of finance, economics and accounting concepts, strong team player * Advanced user of Microsoft Office * Advanced oral and written English (including financial and business English) * Passed CFA levels is a plus
