Project Manager / Client Implementation Manager

Paramiq is a B2B SaaS platform for building parametric product configurators: calculations, formulas, specifications, pricing and 3D. Our customers are manufacturers of custom products (pergolas, fences, windows, stairs, furniture) across the EU and US.

We're looking for someone to own client communication: demo and discovery calls, preparing proposals, and guiding implementations.

What you'll do

• run demo and discovery calls with clients in the EU/US;
• understand the client's process: how they price their product today, where materials, prices, formulas and specs live;
• explain how Paramiq maps onto a specific product and the client's workflow;
• guide the client from the first conversation to go-live;
• gather feedback and turn it into clear product tasks.

Who we're looking for

• English C1+ — mandatory, for calls and written communication;
• 1–3 years in B2B SaaS, project management, customer success, account management, pre-sales or implementation;
• able to get up to speed quickly on a technically complex product;
• structured, self-driven, with precise communication;
• listens to the client and understands their real process instead of just listing features;
• active use of AI tools in your work.

Nice to have

• experience with English-speaking clients;
• experience with SaaS, ERP/CRM, CPQ, configurators, CAD/3D or manufacturing products;
• understanding of Excel formulas, specifications, materials, BOM, cost calculation;
• experience implementing a product around a client's processes.
