We are looking for an structurer (Derivatives Structuring team)

Обязанности

### Responsibilities: * Pricing and quantitative analysis of derivatives and security financing transactions * Participation in the unit drive to create new derivatives products and bespoke solutions for our client base * Preparation of internal and client presentations and discussion materials * Preparation of transaction term sheets * Presenting structured solutions to clients * Coordination of approval processes with relevant departments and support functions * (including internal committees) * Coordination of transaction execution

Требования

### Requirements: * 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking / finance, ideally involving derivatives or * structured finance * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English * Basic knowledge of bond/equity/derivatives/structured products * High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to work with clients and explain complex products in simple words * Quick, responsive, grasping ideas, stress-resistant, highly motivated
