About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Inspector to join our project team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil construction activities are executed in full compliance with design specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining construction quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Inspection

• Inspect civil works including foundations, concrete structures, earthworks, drainage, and paving
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Verify formwork, reinforcement, embedment placement, and concrete works

Testing & Validation

• Witness and monitor testing activities such as slump tests, concrete sampling, compaction, and soil testing
• Coordinate with laboratories and ensure proper documentation of test results

Non-Conformance Management

• Identify and report non-conformities (NCRs)
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure proper closure

Progress Monitoring

• Track civil works progress against schedule
• Highlight delays, risks, and technical issues

HSE Compliance

• Ensure adherence to HSE requirements on site (PPE, barricading, environmental controls)
• Verify contractor compliance with safety permits and procedures

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and site activities
• Prepare daily reports, inspection checklists, and as-built markups

Handover & Close-Out

• Support punch list preparation and closure
• Ensure all civil works are completed and documented before handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Inspector or QA/QC Engineer on infrastructure or power projects
• Hands-on experience in concrete works, earthworks, road works, and reinforcement inspection
• Strong knowledge of ACI, Eurocode, and local construction standards
• Experience with surveying tools (total station, leveling equipment)
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• English – working proficiency (Uzbek required, Russian is an advantage)
• Basic MS Office skills
