We are looking for a driven and experienced Director of Sales to lead the commercial performance of Hilton Astana. In this senior leadership role, you will own the hotel's sales strategy, build and manage key client relationships, and guide a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets in one of Central Asia's most dynamic capital cities.

What will I be doing?

• Develop and execute the hotel's annual sales plan and market strategy
• Drive new business through client meetings, networking, and industry events
• Manage and grow key corporate and event accounts
• Oversee revenue management including rate setting, demand analysis, and market mix
• Lead cross-selling, joint marketing, and brand collaboration initiatives
• Prepare and negotiate contracts in line with current market conditions
• Ensure effective use of Hilton's sales systems including Opera
• Leverage Hilton's global sales programs and tools to maximize revenue
• Manage, coach, and develop the sales team
• Conduct mid-year and end-of-year performance review

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in a senior hotel sales role, preferably within an international hotel brand
• Strong knowledge of the Kazakhstan or Central Asia hospitality market is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development
• Experience with Opera or similar hotel sales systems
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russia; English proficiency required
