Finance Specialist

A U.S.-based trucking and logistics company is looking for an experienced and responsible Finance Specialist to join our team in Tashkent.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage financial operations, control payments, prepare reports, and support the company’s financial discipline in the logistics business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations related to trucking and logistics activities.
• Control incoming and outgoing payments.
• Work with invoices, payment records, financial documents, and reports.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management.
• Track expenses, costs, balances, and payment status.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial control, or related fields.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payments, invoices, and expense control.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, accounting systems, or financial tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with numbers accurately and responsibly.
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Ability to work in a night shift schedule.
• Experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, or international business is preferred.
