Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee local accounting, tax compliance and financial operations of our energy projects in Kyrgyzstan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of statutory accounting (1C system)

• Supervision of local tax filings and compliance

• Ensuring accuracy of monthly trial balance

• Managing relationships with local banks

• Oversight of daily treasury and payment processes

• Monthly reporting to Istanbul-based IFRS team

• Strong knowledge of Kyrgyz statutory accounting

• Experience with 1C accounting system

• Russian required, English/Turkish preferred

• Minimum 15 years of finance experience

• IFRS awareness preferred

• Team management skills
