Machine Vision / Vision Hardware Engineer

We’re looking for an engineer with hands-on experience building industrial machine vision systems for AI Vision / visual inspection projects.

📍 Project:
AI-based quality control system for a production line in Thailand.
The system inspects soft plastic packaging on a conveyor belt and detects defects such as tears, dents, deformations, and damaged packaging in real time.

Responsibilities

• HW procurement and purchasing for AI Vision systems
• Configure:
  • industrial cameras
  • optics / lenses
  • lighting
  • triggers / controllers
• Build stable imaging setups for AI inspection systems
• Troubleshoot:
  • blur
  • reflections / glare
  • unstable lighting
  • image quality issues
• Work closely with AI Vision engineers during deployment and testing

Requirements

• Experience with industrial cameras (Basler, FLIR, Hikrobot, etc.)
• Experience building machine vision systems for production / conveyor environments
• Experience with lighting / optics / controllers
• Experience integrating cameras with PLC / conveyor systems
• Understanding of real-world image quality issues in production environments
