Обязанности:

Design marketing assets for digital channels: websites, landing pages, ads, email campaigns, social media, and presentations
Translate marketing briefs and business goals into clear visual concepts
Ensure visual consistency across campaigns and brand touchpoints
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and product designers to deliver cohesive campaigns
Create visuals for A/B tests and performance-driven experiments
Adapt and scale designs for different formats, platforms, and regions
Prepare assets for developers and marketing platforms
Continuously follow design, branding, and marketing trends

Требования:

2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
Strong portfolio with marketing-focused design work
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
Experience in performance marketing (paid ads, CRO, funnels) is a plus
Ability to work with design systems and brand guidelines
Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Nice to Have:
Motion design or video editing experience
Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, etc.)
Understanding of analytics, conversion optimization, and marketing funnels
Experience in startup, agency, or fast-paced environments
