Product Communications Specialist (Automotive industry)

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze vehicle models, their specifications, advantages, and differences from competitors;
• Identify and formulate key selling points and unique selling propositions of vehicles;
• Prepare and adapt communication messages for product promotion;
• Participate in the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, posters, digital materials, social media content, and other promotional materials;
• Support marketing activities related to vehicle launches and product promotion;
• Participate in the planning and organization of launch events, test-drive campaigns, promotional activities, and other events;
• Cooperate with the SMM team to ensure accurate communication of product advantages on social media;
• Coordinate work with media, advertising, and production vendors;
• Ensure that marketing materials are aligned with brand positioning and product strategy;
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the automotive industry;
• Prepare reports and proposals to improve product communication in the market.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field;
• Experience in marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, PR, communications, or SMM;
• Experience in the automotive industry, distribution, FMCG, retail, or related fields will be an advantage;
• Understanding of product promotion principles and USP development;
• Skills in preparing presentations, advertising, and communication materials;
• Ability to analyze product competitive advantages and translate them into clear marketing messages;
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, media, or event teams;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in Russian and English; knowledge of Uzbek will be an advantage;
• Confident user of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and other office tools;
• Creativity, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
