Planning manager (Almaty, Kazakhstan)

Henkel is looking for a Planning Manager to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and reviews the long-range Supply plan (24 months to 5 years)
• Develops and reviews the mid / long-term plans for Master Prod. Schedule (MPS), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Deployment Requirements
• Planning (DRP) for 6-24 months for the region
• Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs, and communicates the findings to the SC leadership
• Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes
• Identifies FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance
• Planning performance
• Provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP)
• Manage Operational Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supply

Requirements:

• Higher Education (a Bachelor’s degree is a requirement)
• >3 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent English
• Self-motivated and results-driven person
• Highly organized and accountable, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
