Responsibilities:

Analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs to define product strategy and key development goals.
Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring their execution by the development team.
Ensure transparency and effective communication with all stakeholders, including customers, management, and the development team.
Plan and coordinate product releases based on priorities and user feedback.
Organize testing of new features, gather user feedback, and leverage this data to enhance the product.
Participate in task planning and estimation processes, supporting the development team.
Analyze the product's financial performance, including ROI and cost efficiency

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role.
English proficiency at B2+ level.
Strong data analysis skills, with experience in conducting market research, evaluating competitors, and understanding customer needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve shared goals.
Experience in prioritizing product features and opportunities aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Proficiency in collecting user feedback, testing new features, and improving the product based on insights.
Adaptability and flexibility to respond swiftly to changes and new challenges.
