Project Manager / Construction Manager

Current Status: Candidates currently residing in Uzbekistan or ready for immediate relocation are highly preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, international Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead a newly launched construction project in the Tashkent region. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record of managing full-cycle construction projects from site mobilization to final handover and commissioning. The primary focus is on ensuring strict schedule compliance, quality control, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Provide comprehensive management of the construction site and coordinate all project participants.

• Subcontractor Management: Supervise and evaluate contractors, subcontractors, and engineering teams; enforce strict labor and execution discipline.

• Timeline & Quality Control: Monitor project milestones daily, mitigate risks of delay, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

• Operational Problem Solving: Resolve ongoing technical, engineering, and logistical issues efficiently on-site.

• Supply Chain Oversight: Coordinate schedules for material deliveries, structures, and heavy machinery to prevent downtime.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client, Technical/Author Supervision, and design teams.

• Reporting: Prepare professional, analytical progress reports and KPIs for senior management.

• HSE Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the entire construction site.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

• General Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

• Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Construction Director.

• Project Track Record: Proven experience delivering full-cycle projects (from greenfield/groundbreaking to final commissioning and operational handover).

• Skills: Strong command of project management software (MS Project, Primavera), deep understanding of structural works, infrastructure, and MEP coordination.

• Mobility: Ready to work directly on the construction site in the Tashkent region.

Language & Nationality Criteria

• Target Regions: International experts from Turkey, China, Russian Federation, CIS, or Eastern Europe.

• Language Requirements:

  • For Turkish / Chinese candidates: Strong command of English is preferred for effective communication with management and project teams.

  • For CIS / RF / Ukraine candidates: Fluent/Native Russian (as the primary language for technical documentation and daily site communication).
