Marketing Manager

Aurora TechLab develops mobile and web apps across Fintech, Healthcare, HoReCa, and more. Our clients come from Germany, Canada, the USA - and we need a marketing lead to rebuild our digital presence from the ground up, not just manage channels, but build a complete marketing engine that drives growth. We need a system builder, not a content manager.

We're looking for a marketing professional who:

• Has 5+ years in B2B (tech / IT services preferred);
• Has led a full website overhaul (not just cosmetic tweaks);
• Writes LinkedIn content that people actually read and reply to;
• Knows SEO fundamentals (titles, meta tags, internal structure);
• Is data‑driven - comfortable with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and hypothesis testing;
• Uses LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as a real assistant - crafting prompts, automating routine tasks, generating creative variations, and analysing feedback.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the website rebuild - full content audit, UX optimisation, copywriting, and technical SEO setup.

• Create and publish LinkedIn content - thought‑leadership posts and articles that attract inbound leads.

• Run small experiments - test ads, SMM formats, and directories on a controlled budget.

• Support sales - develop ICPs, buyer personas, and competitive battle cards.

• Prepare weekly reports - track leads, conversions, and deliver concise insights.

• Draft commercial offers - tailored proposals, executive summaries, and vertical‑specific case study pitches.

• Amplify with LLMs - accelerate research, headline generation, A/B test hypotheses, and client feedback analysis.
