Dealer Network Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the Geely dealer network across Uzbekistan.
• Search for, analyze, and conduct initial evaluation of potential dealer partners in the regions.
• Participate in negotiations with potential and existing dealers.
• Coordinate the opening of new dealer outlets in cooperation with internal departments.
• Monitor dealer compliance with corporate brand standards, showroom requirements, service quality, customer experience, and operational standards.
• Analyze the performance of existing dealers based on key indicators such as sales, target achievement, service quality, and regional market activity.
• Prepare reports, analytical materials, and presentations related to dealer network development.
• Monitor the automotive market, competitor activity, regional potential, and dealer performance.
• Cooperate with sales, marketing, aftersales, logistics, finance, and other departments on dealer development matters.
• Participate in developing proposals to improve dealer processes, increase sales efficiency, and strengthen the brand’s regional presence.
• Maintain regular communication with dealer partners and monitor the implementation of agreed action plans.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Work experience in automotive, sales, dealer network development, regional development, distribution, or B2B partnership management.
• Understanding of dealer network operations and the automotive market will be a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and business communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data, sales indicators, and partner performance.
• Confident user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to the regions of Uzbekistan.
• Strong sense of responsibility, systematic approach, initiative, and result orientation.
• Fluency in English, Russian and Uzbek is required.
