Spare Part Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support reliable operation and maintenance of production line equipment, boiler, and compressor systems.
• Timely form and manage spare parts and materials orders for technical maintenance.
• Control stock levels and monitor the flow of spare parts from order to warehouse receipt.
• Analyze spare parts consumption and identify opportunities for unification and optimization.
• Support the Production/Utility/Quality departments with accurate information on spares stock and deliveries.
• Participate in improvement of technological processes and implementation of preventative maintenance methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and internal company standards.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and utility teams to ensure uninterrupted line operation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machine components, and maintenance processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Uzbek and Russian – C1, and English – B2 (written and spoken).
