Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and smooth business activities.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Coordinate with department heads to achieve operational goals and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Manage operational budgets and control expenses effectively.
Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained.
Handle operational issues and resolve escalated guest complaints.
Prepare operational reports and performance analyses for management review.
Lead, coach, and evaluate department managers and supervisors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of hotel operational standards and guest service management.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Able to manage multiple departments and operational priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English.
